Mentoring
Using coaching methods, I support creative people in
fulfilling their potential by offering empathetic guidance and advice, helping
you to develop your vision into a viable plan, but never at the expense of
creative freedom.
As with all my work, my aim is to support you in developing
your skills and knowledge and never to impose a structure. I work on the
basis that you know your area best and my role is to provide you with a nurturing environment, some
tools to move your vision forward and to hold the tension between the dream
and the downright practical.
Mentoring Programme
The mentoring programme is built around what you need, whether it is
support on one area of your work or all of it.
It is a bespoke service, so we work together to identify the priorities,
goals, actions and deadlines which will inspire and support you, and find the
tools where necessary which will help you deliver.
How does the Mentoring Programme work?
The programme runs for a minimum of 3 months, long enough to start to
see results, but still a realistic and manageable commitment. So what happens?
- It starts with an initial fact finding meeting to review where you are and identify priorities
for our collaboration.
- Once a month, I will meet you for a 2 hour session where we review the
past month and then look to the next month.
We will agree your goals and you will get a clear
action plan.
- Between meetings, you can call or email me with questions and news
- You can get discounts on public workshops
run by Catching Fireworks
- With my extensive network of contacts, I can also direct you to high quality providers across a range of services.
The cost of this service is £200 per month with a minimum 3 month
contract.
