Demystifying the Business Planning Process
How can planning a journey from New Addington to South Ruislip help shape your business future?
This workbook, developed from one of my workshops, is for those creative people who want to start their own business, but are put off by jargon.
The book uses the idea of a journey across London to demonstrate how the skills we use everyday to travel around the city can be transferred into creating a business plan.
It introduces the concepts of motivation, vision, goals, skills and qualities, marketing, resources, money and risk analysis and is designed to be the stepping stone between that first idea and the visit to Businesslink or a business planning book.
The e-book is free to download and is licensed for free noncommercial distribution — as long as you credit me as the author, don’t alter it or sell it, you are welcome to download and share it with anyone you think will find it useful.

For those of you that know me, you know how I go on about the importance of planning. Now there is a great tool to help you do this - Deborah Henry-Pollard from Catching Fireworks has written an excellent e-book, (she's even managed to make it humorous), I highly recommend it
