As we approach the end of another year, it is a great time to take stock, celebrate 2012 and look forward to 2013.
Looking back over the past 12 months, what were your finest achievements of the year? Don't be modest - really acknowledge and celebrate all those great things which you made happen.
What new skills did you develop? These could be tangible skills like learning a new artistic process or how to blog, or soft skills like how to collaborate or network.
Is there one word which would sum up 2012? (Mine is 'Growth').
Thinking about what happened in 2012 and looking forward, what do you want to see/have/do more of?
What skills do you want to develop?
Where do you want to be in your career by the end of December 2013?
Is there one word which sums up what you want to achieve in 2013? (Mine is 'Consolidation')
(If you want to working on setting a more concrete vision and goals for 2013, check out my previous posts.)
Whatever you decide for 2013, may I wish you every success in all your work.
