Take Five with Caroline Dale

Caroline Dale is an Alexander Teacher who is on a mission! Over many years, she has seen how babies' posture is often compromised when sitting in buggies, the effects of which can continue into later life. She has created a headrest which can be attached to most buggies which not only supports baby's head, but can also be connected via blue tooth to music or stories to soothe them. Caroline recently launched her crowdfunding campaign and is looking for your support, whether for yourself if you are a soon to be parent, or as a gift for friends.

In your professional life, what is the single best thing about what you do?
I help people to think differently. My new product aims to help children and change our thinking about transporting them.

Do you have a creative hero / heroine and if so, why?
Napoleon Hill, who wrote 'Think and Grow Rich'.  He understood the nature of success and how we can achieve it.

What piece of advice do you wish you had been given at the beginning of your career?
Never fear failure.

If you hit a creative block, what is your top tip for getting through it
Go and do something else - it's the hardest thing to do.

And finally, for fun, if you were a shoe, what type of shoe would you be and why?
I'd be a horrible, old, worn out sandal.  It would mean that at least I was useful and perhaps someone loved me  because I brought them comfort.

I've taken five with Caroline and supported her campaign- will you join me? This is an incredible opportunity to make a difference to our children's health.
